WHO WE ARE

It all began when Amrit & Amy Gill founded A & A Contracting in 1991 and began undertaking historic renovation efforts in various neighborhoods in St. Louis, Missouri. Ten years later, Restoration St. Louis was established in 2001 as the development entity and to date has completed over $700 million in rehabilitation and development across 400 properties. Over the decades, we have been recognized for efforts by numerous public and private entities, such as the City of St. Louis, American Subcontractors Association Midwest Council, Landmarks Association of St. Louis and the Missouri Alliance for Historic Preservation. To date, the company manages over 500 employees across - development, architectural & design, construction, residential & commercial leasing and hospitality management affiliates.

Restoration St. Louis’ mission is to strengthen and enhance the communities we operate in by redeveloping neglected neighborhoods and making them great places to live, work and play in.
